Our price will depend on what you are looking for and the location where the property to be cleaned is based. This is because we need to take account of travelling time and other costs associated with getting to you. Please send through your enquiry with your details and we will respond quickly with confirmation of our availability and prices in your area.

We offer a range of payment options which include Internet Banking Transfer, Cash, Paypal, Credit card, Debit card and Direct Debit. We invoice you monthly in arrears with a full breakdown of the hours worked so you only pay for the work once it has been completed. We find that working in this way is much more convenient for our customers and helps to avoid those stressful moments on the day your cleaner is coming where you are left in a panic trying to find the right money to leave them on the kitchen table!

We always endeavour to provide you with the same cleaner as that is when the service works best. However, if your cleaner is unable to get to you due to illness or annual leave we will always endeavour to provide a replacement to you but this is subject to availability. If we can only provide a replacement on a different day or time you are under no obligation to accept it and and no charge will be levied if you choose not to do so. The only exception to having the same person is if you opt for a cleaning schedule that is not weekly or fortnightly - in the case of an irregular cleaning schedule or less frequent than fortnightly it is possible that different cleaners will be provided although we will always do our best to provide the same person if we can.

As we all know, costs are going up generally for a lot of things and the cleaning industry is no exception. We have always believed in doing things in the right way, fully compliant with the laws and regulations of the land. Our pricing reflects that we are treating our cleaners well, providing them with good employment benefits and that we are paying all of our taxes including VAT. Whilst no one wants to pay more, it has to be recognised that many companies that offer lower prices often do so by either exploiting their cleaning staff by paying less than the legal minimums, using people that are not legal to work or simply not paying their taxes on the money they earn. For some the price may be the only consideration but for us we believe that doing things right matters. By looking after our staff and customers alike, we have a stable workforce and many happy customers who have had the same cleaner for many years which is in contrast to many cheaper services that have a high turnover of cleaners. A stable service means less hassle and stress for you which is what customers tell us they want.

Yes - we have Employers Liability Insurance of £10,000,000 and Public Liability Insurance of £5,000,000.

Yes - our contract is very straightforward and gives us a framework to work together with. We pride ourselves on providing what you ideally want as best we can but knowing what is expected from both of us means that matters are clear. The Terms of our contract can be viewed in our Terms & Conditions section of this website, a link to which can be found at the bottom of our webpage.

Yes - we give you the right to stop the service immediately within the first 4 scheduled cleans if you wish to. Should any of the first 4 scheduled cleans be cancelled by you, an extension to the end date of the trial period is at the discretion of the Company.

If you give us a weeks notice of a your intention to cancel a clean then there will be no charge. However, if less than a weeks notice is given then the cleaning charge will still be applied.

We will use the cleaning materials that you provide to ensure that they deliver everything that is important to you. For example, some customers have specialist cleaning materials for certain work surfaces, favoured brands that they like or environmentally friendly products and we are happy to use what is provided. However, if we feel that we can achieve a better quality finish with another product we will recommend it to you but you are under no obligation to buy it as it is clearly down to your personal choice. 


The only exception to this is if we complete a one off / deep clean for you - we can arrange for equipment and materials to be provided in that instance by prior arrangement. If we provide this an additional charge will be levied which will be advised to you at the time the quotation to do the work is given.

It is our policy to send one cleaner to you unless the job is of such a nature that it will be too much for one person to do properly within the timeframe set.

Most of our cleaners work within the Greater London area and as such travel by public transport. For those locations which are either more rural or difficult to get to we will check our availability in the first instance which will be done on a case by case basis. The best thing to do in this instance is to submit your enquiry to us giving details of your postcode and we can take things from there.

 This is down to personal preference but there is no requirement for you to be in when the cleaner comes to do the work. However, many people feel more comfortable to be there during the initial clean just so they get to know the cleaner a little bit but this is of course up to you. Our cleaners are trained in how to hold keys securely and once established this system allows you to come back to your home which has been fully cleaned without having any interruptions to your day / evening.

As you can see from our reviews, we take customer service very seriously and want you to be fully satisfied with the work that we do for you. If this is not the case we actively encourage you to tell us and we will deal with your complaint. Steps will then be taken to ensure that any problems or issues that arise are dealt with so that they do not happen again.

Whilst very rare, it is a fact of life that accidents or damage can occasionally happen. If this is the case we will notify you at the time of the breakage / damage so you are aware of it and we will then investigate the matter with the cleaner. It is our policy to work with you in this event as our ethos is to have clients for the longer term.

We can clean windows from the inside of your property but we are not insured to do them outside as that is a specialist job as this involves working at height.
